Service terms

These service terms identify the operator of RFQ Relay and the baseline scope of the RFQ-preparation service. Customer-specific commercial terms should be documented in an order form, statement of work or service agreement.

Service scope

RFQ Relay organizes and summarizes RFQ inputs for customer review. Unless separately agreed in writing, RFQ Relay does not provide engineering approval, manufacturing-feasibility certification, final cost estimates, final machining prices or customer-facing commercial quotations.

Customer review

The customer remains responsible for verifying extracted information, manufacturing assumptions, tolerances, compliance requirements, quotation content and commercial commitments before relying on the output.

Regulated technical data

Do not submit ITAR, CUI, classified or export-controlled technical data under the standard service.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality, access, retention and deletion terms for live production files should be governed by the applicable NDA and service agreement.

Billing

Invoices are issued by Donrona, UAB. Pilot fees, subscription fees, included RFQ volumes, overages, currency, due dates and payment instructions are defined in the applicable order form or invoice. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, RFQ Relay pricing shown on the website is denominated in US dollars.
