RFQ Relay handles customer drawings and RFQ materials as business-confidential information. Security controls should match the sensitivity of each customer's work.

Recommended launch controls

• Signed NDA before processing live technical files.
• Business-grade storage and email with MFA.
• Least-privilege access to customer folders.
• Per-customer retention and deletion rules.
• No customer technical files used for public AI training.
• Human review before extracted requirements are returned.
• No automatic external transmission of customer quotations.

Not accepted under the standard service

ITAR, CUI, classified, export-controlled or other regulated technical data should not be submitted unless a separate compliant environment and written agreement are in place.
