This privacy notice explains how Donrona, UAB, trading as RFQ Relay, handles business contact information and customer materials used to provide RFQ-preparation services.

Information we collect

We may collect business contact details, inquiry information, billing and account records, service correspondence, and customer files or technical information supplied for contracted RFQ-preparation work.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve contracted services, administer customer accounts, issue invoices, protect the service, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Customer technical files

Access, retention and deletion rules for customer drawings, CAD files and other technical materials should be defined in the applicable service agreement, statement of work or data-handling addendum.

Service providers

We may use business-grade hosting, email, storage, payment, accounting and workflow providers as necessary to operate the service. Appropriate access controls and contractual safeguards should be applied according to the nature of the information processed.

Regulated technical data

The standard RFQ Relay service is not offered for ITAR, CUI, classified or other export-controlled technical data unless a separate compliant workflow has been explicitly agreed in writing.
